Peter Norris Dupas is an Australian serial killer born on 6 July 1953. He is currently serving three life sentences without parole for murder and is recognized as a serious habitual offender. Dupas has a long criminal history of sexual and violent offenses, particularly against women, and has repeatedly committed crimes upon release from prison. His violent tendencies include a disturbing pattern of removing the breasts of his female victims. He has been convicted of three murders and is suspected of at least three additional murders in Melbourne during the 1980s and 1990s.
