Peter McCormack is a former Australian rules footballer born on August 1, 1956. He played for Collingwood in the VFL during the late 1970s and 1980s, primarily as a fullback after initially starting his career as a forward. He faced a significant injury requiring knee reconstruction but returned to play in three Grand Finals from 1979 to 1981 with Collingwood, all of which were losses. In 1986, he transferred to Richmond before concluding his career at Fitzroy.
