Peter Neyroud is a retired British police officer, born on 12 August 1959. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the National Policing Improvement Agency and was the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police. Neyroud joined Hampshire Constabulary in 1980, advancing to various leadership roles before leading the Thames Valley Police. He was awarded the Queen's Police Medal in 2004 and appointed CBE in 2011. A scholar with extensive qualifications, he is currently a lecturer in Evidence-Based Policing at the University of Cambridge.
