Peter Zeis is a German basketball player born on May 13, 1989, in Bamberg. He played in the Basketball-Bundesliga for BBC Bayreuth starting in 2011. Alongside his sports career, he studied business and sports education at the University of Bayreuth. After the 2014/2015 season, he stepped back from professional sports to focus on his studies and took a break to travel to New Zealand. He later resumed his career with TSV Oberhaching-Deisenhofen, and in the 2018/2019 season, he returned to VfL Treuchtlingen before going back to Oberhaching-Deisenhofen in 2019.
