Petr Čermák, also known as Petr Čermáček, is a Czech poet and visual artist born on June 20, 1972, in Choceň. He is associated with the literary magazine Weles, serving as its editor from 2005 to 2011 and its chief editor from 2011 to 2014. Čermák's work has appeared in various magazines, and he was nominated for the Dresden Lyric Prize. His poetry has evolved from spiritual themes to exploring the ordinary and uncovering hidden meanings in everyday life. He currently works as an associate professor at Mendel University in Brno.
