Petr Tošovský is a Czech economist and former producer, organizer, and director of the Laterna magika theatre. He graduated from the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics, Prague. From 1980, he collaborated with Josef Svoboda in Laterna magika, managing its operational, commercial, and economic aspects until Svoboda's death in 2002. He served as the theatre's director from 1994 until its independent existence ended in 2009, producing many new productions and organizing over 50 international tours. Currently, he works as an economist at the National Theatre.
