Petra Grabowski is a retired German sprint canoer born on January 31, 1952, in Brandenburg an der Havel. She competed for East Germany during the 1970s and achieved notable success in her sport. Grabowski won a silver medal in the K-2 500 meters event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, partnering with Ilse Kaschube. Throughout her career, she also earned six medals at the World Championships in flatwater canoeing, including one gold, three silver, and two bronze medals, as well as six titles at the East German championships across various categories.
