Phillip J. Harper (March 18, 1940 – October 11, 2004) was an American voice actor renowned for his role as the lead character in the radio serial The Adventures of Harry Nile, a position he held for more than 27 years. After growing up in Flossmoor, Illinois, he served in the United States Army and worked as a disc jockey before getting involved in radio plays. His collaboration with Jim French led to the creation of the serial in 1977.
