Phillip Vincent Kelly, born on August 26, 1957, is a former Australian rules footballer known for his time with East Perth and North Melbourne. He played primarily as a wingman and represented Western Australia six times. Kelly began his career in 1975, winning consecutive Sandover Medals in 1978 and 1979. He was part of East Perth's premiership team in 1978 and later joined North Melbourne for five seasons. His son, Josh Kelly, was selected second in the 2013 AFL Draft.
