Philip Hugh Jones (born 13 May 1951) served as Archdeacon of Lewes & Hastings between 2005 and 2014, and subsequently as Archdeacon of Hastings in 2014-2015. His education includes The Leys School and Chichester Theological College. Before his clerical career, he worked as a solicitor from 1975 to 1992. Jones was ordained as a deacon in 1994 and as a priest in 1995, serving a curacy in Horsham followed by a role as Vicar of Southwater from 1997 to 2005.
