Philip Potdevin Segura is a Colombian writer born on November 9, 1958, in Cali, Valle del Cauca. He writes in Spanish and currently resides in Bogotá. Potdevin gained national recognition in 1994 after winning the National Novel Prize of Colcultura, now known as the Ministry of Culture of Colombia, for his work 'Metatrón'. His latest novel is 'Y adentro, la caldera', published in 2018.
