Philip Kipyegon Singoei is a Kenyan marathon runner born on December 31, 1975. He achieved significant milestones in his career, finishing sixth at the CPC Loop Den Haag in 1999. He placed tenth in the 2004 Rotterdam Marathon and secured second place at the Eindhoven Marathon in the same year. Singoei was second again in Eindhoven in 2005. In 2006, he finished seventh at the Paris Marathon before winning in Eindhoven. He successfully defended his Eindhoven title in 2007 and finished tenth at the Rome Marathon in 2008.
