Phoong Jin Zhe, also known as Ginger Phoong, is a Malaysian politician born on January 3, 1989. He has been the State Minister of Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship of Sabah under the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) since February 2023 and has served as an MLA for Luyang since May 2018. Prior to his current role, he was the State Minister of Industrial Development of Sabah and also held the position of State Minister of Youth and Sports in the WARISAN administration. He is affiliated with the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and serves as its Youth Chief in Sabah.
