Born on December 12, 1957, he was elected to the French National Assembly in 2017, representing Haute-Garonne's 1st constituency. He served on the Committee on Foreign Affairs and was involved in various Parliamentary Friendship Groups. In 2020, he joined the En commun group within LREM. Cabaré did not seek re-election in 2022.
