Pilar Molina Llorente, born on December 11, 1943, in Madrid, is an award-winning Spanish children's writer. In 2013, she received the Edebé Prize for youth literature for her work 'Tesa'. She holds a degree in Fine Arts and has studied music, philology, and psychology. In addition to writing, she has translated various children's and youth works from Italian and English into Spanish. Some of her books have been illustrated by Fuencisla del Amo de la Iglesia.
