Piret Räni (born April 13, 1974) is an Estonian children's author, artist, curator, photographer, and environmental activist. She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in 1998 with a degree in scenography and has created numerous stage designs for Estonian theaters. Since 1994, she has been active as an artist, focusing on conceptual stage photography and graphics. She was involved in various artistic groups and has illustrated and designed books and CD covers. Since 2014, she has worked as a designer and photographer at Tallinn University.
