Polona Demšar is a Slovenian sculptor, glass designer, and photographer born in 1979 in Ljubljana. After graduating from the Secondary School for Design and Photography, she enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in 1998, focusing on sculpture. She graduated in 2003 and continued her studies in unique glass design, completing her master's in 2007. From 2013 to 2016, she served as the president of the Association of Visual Artists Ljubljana. She is also a member of the Ceramics Section of the Association of Slovenian Visual Artists.
