Polycarp is a Bulgarian Orthodox cleric who serves as the bishop of Belogradchik for the Bulgarian Orthodox Church since 2014. He was a vicar of the Vidin Metropolis from July 27, 2014, to September 19, 2017, and the third vicar of the Plovdiv Metropolis, where he also served as rector of the Orthodox Spiritual Academy. He has been a vicar of the Sofia Metropolis since March 29, 2018. His contributions to the church reflect his leadership within the Orthodox community.
