Prakash Babanna Hukkeri is an Indian politician serving as a Member of the Karnataka Legislative Council from the North-West Teachers Constituency, elected in June 2022. He previously served as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha from 2014 to 2019, representing the Chikkodi constituency for the Indian National Congress. Additionally, he held the position of State Vice President of the Indian National Congress in Karnataka. He has also served in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and was a minister responsible for Small Scale Industries, Sugar, and Endowments, along with being in charge of Haveri District.
