Pravat Ranjan Biswal is an Indian politician from Odisha, known for his contributions to the Bijou Janata Party. He has served as a member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly three times. He was elected in the 2004 elections from the Cuttack Sadar constituency and again in the 2009 and 2014 elections from the Choudwar-Cuttack constituency, securing the 14th and 15th positions respectively in the state's assembly elections.
