Priit Kolbre was an Estonian diplomat born on February 17, 1956, in Tallinn and died on June 19, 2006, in Vantaa, Finland. He graduated from the Estonian School of Diplomacy in 1991 and worked for the Estonian Foreign Ministry starting in 1990. He served as the Ambassador of Estonia to the Holy See and held the position of Ambassador to Finland from 2005 until his untimely death. Kolbre was recognized with the Order of the National Coat of Arms, V class, in 2001.
