Sheikha Fariha Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (February 15, 1944 - August 12, 2018) was a Kuwaiti princess and social activist, known for founding the Ideal Mother Contest in Kuwait in 2004. She was one of the daughters of the tenth ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and made significant contributions to social initiatives in the country. She received an honorary doctorate from the American University in Athens in 2008. She passed away in Egypt on August 12, 2018.
