Yang Fumin (December 1942 – February 2011) was a male Chinese astrophysicist, born in Chongqing, Sichuan. He served as the deputy director of the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory and was also the vice president of the Chinese Astronomical Society. His contributions to astrometry significantly impacted the field of astronomy in China.
