Oleh Anatoliyovych Veklenko (born August 17, 1950, Bureya) is a Ukrainian graphic artist, designer, and educator. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1983. He has served as the president of the International Triennale of Ecological Poster and Graphics '4th Block' since 1991. Veklenko was elected as a corresponding member of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine in 2009 and became a full member in 2017.
