Faisal bin Muslat Al-Mandil (born December 17, 1963, in Riyadh) is a Saudi diplomat currently serving as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Cuba. He also holds the position of non-resident Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Dominican Republic. Previously, he served as the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Chad.
