Aleš Jakůbek, born on September 26, 1981, in Brno, is a former Czech floorball defender and national representative. He has won the Czech championship five times, was the runner-up in Switzerland, and earned a silver medal at the World Championship in 2004. Jakůbek was an active player in the highest floorball leagues in the Czech Republic and Switzerland from 2000 to 2016.
