Eduard Rafailovych Milyar, born on February 7, 1939, in Antoniny, is a Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, art critic, and poet. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1993. Milyar has received recognition as an honorary doctor from Khmelnytsky National University and as an honorary professor from Khmelnytsky Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy since 2002. He is also an academician of the International Academy of Fundamental Foundations of Being.
