Trần Thị Mơ, born on April 4, 1959, is a Vietnamese cello artist and People's Artist. A graduate of the Hanoi Conservatory of Music, she furthered her studies at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Russia. She held a prominent position with the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra as the principal cellist. Mơ performed her final major solo concert at the 2014 Toyota Concert in the Central Highlands but plans to continue her musical contributions. She currently works at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
