Evgeny Leonidovich Belousov (February 23, 1937 – March 4, 2019) was a Soviet-Russian engineer and General Designer at the Gorky Research Institute of Radio Communication and NPP 'Polet'. He was a doctor of technical sciences and a professor. Belousov initiated and led the development of a unified testing and modeling system for radio ranges. He was also a designer of aviation radio communication complexes and a pioneer in the establishment of air command posts for the Russian Armed Forces.
