Vladimir Efimovich Molchanov (born February 9, 1947) is a Soviet and Russian poet, prose writer, publicist, and journalist. He has been a member of the Union of Writers of Russia and served as the chairman of the Belgorod regional branch from 1992 to 2020. Molchanov is a laureate of several literary awards, including the Great Literary Prize of Russia in 2017. He is recognized as a deserved cultural worker of the Russian Federation and is an honorary citizen of Shebekino and the Shebekinsky district.
