Норайр Вагинакович Казарян (1932—2016) was a Soviet test pilot and a colonel who participated in the first cosmonaut selection in the VVS Cosmonaut Training Center. He was awarded the title of Honored Test Pilot of the USSR in 1974. His work contributed significantly to the field of aviation and space exploration during the Soviet era.
