Babken Stepanian is an Armenian artist, architect, ceramist, and restorer, born on May 10, 1953, in Yerevan. He is the founder and promoter of the 'Visual-Mathematical Conceptualism' movement and primarily works with a unique technique of structural collage. Living in Latvia since 1983, he became a member of the Latvian Union of Artists in 2009 and is an honorary member of the Pushkin Latvian Society.
