Shafeia Ahmed Mohammed Al-Saegh was an Egyptian singer born in Housh Adam, Cairo. She was blind from birth and began her artistic journey by memorizing the Quran. Her talent was discovered by Muhammad Al-Qasabji, and she later studied at Ibrahim Shafiq's music institute. Shafeia recorded well-known songs in the 1940s, sang in about 35 films, and faced a five-year singing hiatus due to illness. She returned in 1960 and continued to record songs, receiving recognition for her achievements.
