Mohamed Said El-Mahi (February 1, 1922 - June 20, 2007) was an Egyptian military leader and politician born in Damietta. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1942 and from the Command and General Staff College in 1951. He participated in the 1967 war and served as the artillery commander during the October War. He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1974, known for his calmness and precision in military operations, earning high praise from President Sadat.
