Shefket Musliu is a former member of the National Liberation Army (ONA) of Albania, born on April 10, 1946, in Veliki Trnovac, Bujanovac. He served as the commander of the General Staff of the OVPMB and held the position of military commander for the Center sector. Musliu participated in key meetings regarding the conflict in Serbia and negotiations with the Serbian side facilitated by KFOR and the international community. He surrendered to KFOR on May 25, 2001, and was later released after verification. On July 27, he was placed on a blacklist by U.S. President George Bush.
