Jang Li (born September 7, 1985) is a Taiwanese harmonica musician, who graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University with a degree in social work. He made history in 2009 by winning both the Blues/Folk/Country/Rock and Jazz categories at the 6th World Harmonica Festival in Germany, becoming the first Taiwanese harmonica player to win two championships in the same year. In 2013, he further claimed the Trio Championship at a world competition. His performance style incorporates a rare playing technique known as 'rolled-tongue embouchure'.
