Liang Xinmin (June 1918 – November 30, 2003), also known as Liang Yunzuo and Huang Xinping, was a Chinese politician from Nan'an, Fujian. He was educated at Zhangzhou Longxi Normal School and was active in anti-Japanese activities during the Second Sino-Japanese War. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1942. Liang served as the mayor of Jinmen County from 1954 until the county government was abolished in 1970. Later in life, he was appointed as a consultant for the Jinmen County Government in 2002 to promote cross-strait relations.
