Грачья Есаевич Овсепян is an Armenian scientist and computer engineering constructor, known for being the chief designer of the Нaири computer. Born on June 2, 1933, in Lebanon, he was awarded the State Prize of the USSR in 1971. Later, he became one of the refuseniks whose fate was discussed by Gorbachev and Reagan.
