Nikolay Mikhailovich Parshin (born December 20, 1962, in the village of Mordovskoye Kolomasovo, Mordovian ASSR) is a Soviet and Russian military leader. He has been the Chief of the Main Rocket and Artillery Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation since 2012 and holds the rank of Major General (2014). He is a laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation named after Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Zhukov (2019). Due to the invasion of Ukraine, he is under sanctions from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other countries.
