Alexander Ivanovich Goeyev (March 28, 1947 – November 8, 2014) was a Soviet and Russian engineer and production organizer, holding a Doctorate in Technical Sciences. He served as the Director of the Smorgon Optical Machine Tool Plant from 1980 to 1986 and then of the Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant from 1986 until 2006. He was honored as an honorary citizen of the Krasnogorsk District in the Moscow region in 2004.
