Petro Vlasovych Voloshyn (January 13, 1928 – October 27, 2021) was a Ukrainian neurologist and an esteemed academic. He served as the director of the Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine from 1977 to 2017. A distinguished scholar, he was recognized as a meritorious figure in science and technology in Ukraine, held a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree, and was a professor. He was awarded the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology.
