Arshak Stepani Poghossian (born September 10, 1949, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR) is an Armenian physicist and the Doctor of Physics and Mathematics. He serves as a professor and heads the DNA sensors and nanostructures laboratory at the Institute of Nano and Biotechnologies at RWTH Aachen University. He is also an international member of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
