Margarita Mikhailovna Kulikova (1919-2016) was a Soviet and Russian healthcare professional, a neurologist and surgeon, known for her extensive contributions to medicine. She served as the head of the neurology department at the Yoshkar-Ola City Hospital in the Mari ASSR from 1953 to 1976. Recognized as an honored physician of the RSFSR in 1970, she was also a recipient of the Lenin Order in 1960. Kulikova participated in World War II as a junior medical officer. She became an honorary citizen of Yoshkar-Ola in 1968.
