Yagmur Alexander Dmitrievich (born January 12, 1942, in Stalinskaya Oblast) is a Soviet metallurgist and rolls operator at the Krivoy Rog Metallurgical Plant 'Kryvorizhstal' named after V.I. Lenin. He was awarded the State Prize of the USSR in 1988.
