Valentin Kostyantynovych Parmyonov (January 7, 2001 — February 26, 2022, Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast) was a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine’s Azov Special Forces, who participated in the Russo-Ukrainian War. He died during the fighting in Mariupol amidst the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. His family was awarded the Order of Courage III degree on November 30, 2022.
