Tərlan Aqşin oğlu Rəsulov, born on August 27, 1968, in Baku, is a prominent Azerbaijani theatre director and the founder of dOM Müstəqil Teatr (dOM Teatr), the first interactive theatre in Azerbaijan. He is known for his authorship of the spontaneous acting method and serves as the director of the Culture Center at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ADMİU), where he also teaches. Additionally, Rəsulov is a translator, producer, and a member of the Expert Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
