Michaił Borisowicz Nikiforow was a Soviet military officer born on February 3, 1901, in Petersburg. He served as a major in various capacities during WWII, notably in the Russian Liberation Army (ROA) and the Armed Forces of the Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia. By 1943, he became an instructor at the ROA propaganda school in Dabendorf. He was captured by Germans in 1941 and eventually surrendered to Americans in 1945. His later life remains unknown.
