He obtained a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 1971 and became an associate professor in 1973. He was also a participant in the Great Patriotic War. Born on February 24, 1925, in Aktyabr, Buda-Kashalyow district, Gomel region, he passed away in 2015.
