Jørn Kjetil Øverby is a Norwegian Christian pastor and revival preacher, best known for founding the charismatic church Guds Lam Kirke in 1984, renamed Oslo Gospel Center in 2004. Raised as a missionary's child in Bangladesh and India, he was influenced by charismatic Christianity. After starting Guds Lam Kirke with a small group of friends, he encountered early membership growth but faced criticism for his leadership style, leading to declining numbers and eventually the church's closure in 2007. Øverby is recognized for his pro-Israel activities.
