Rosen Dimitrov Vasilev is a Bulgarian poet who also worked as an editor at the Bulgarian National Radio and Bulgarian National Television. Born in Burgas, he completed his secondary education in his hometown (1946) and graduated in Bulgarian Philology from Sofia University (1950). His career included roles such as editor and deputy chief editor at Radio Sofia (1953–1970) and chief editor of the television program LYK (1970–1974). He also directed the Orpheus program at Radio Sofia (1974–1976) and became chief editor of the magazine Picture Gallery from 1976 onwards. He is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Writers.
